Fans quickly responded to the post, thrilled about the pair coming together again after their popular track Ikk Kudi (Club Mix) from Udta Punjab. The 2016 film, directed by Abhishek Chaubey, tackled the serious issue of drug abuse in Punjab and featured both Alia and Diljit in significant roles. Their chemistry in the film, as well as the emotional song Ikk Kudi, made a lasting impact, and fans are now eagerly waiting to hear what they create next.

Shedding light on 'Jigra', it is produced by Alia Bhatt herself in collaboration with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The film, which was initially scheduled for release on September 27, has now been postponed to October 11 to avoid a clash with Jr NTR’s pan-Indian film Devara: Part 1. Directed by Vasan Bala, Jigra is described as a powerful story of courage and determination. The film also features Vedang Raina, who plays Alia’s younger brother.
