KA Enterprises LLP, a company owned by the renowned Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and her father Prakash Padukone, has recently made a significant real estate move by purchasing a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West area. The property, situated near the famous Bandstand in the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, was bought for Rs. 17.78 crore, as per documents examined by Square Yards. The upscale Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, developed by Enorm Nagpal Realty, offers high-end 4 BHK and 5 BHK apartments.

As per Square Yards, the recently acquired apartment covers an area of 171.47 square meters (~1,846 square feet) and includes a dedicated car parking space. The purchase involved a stamp duty of approximately Rs. 1.07 crore and registration fees of Rs. 30,000. This transaction, finalized in September 2024, was registered under KA Enterprises LLP, a global venture investment firm specializing in high-growth consumer and consumer-tech companies.

In a connected deal, Deepika's mother-in-law, Anju Bhavnani, bought a neighboring apartment in the same month for Rs. 19.13 crore. This property, covering 1,822.45 square feet (~169 square meters) in carpet area, also features a single car parking space. The stamp duty for this transaction totaled Rs. 95.68 lakh, along with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

It's quite intriguing that on the day of the purchase, Anju Bhavnani's apartment was leased to her daughter Ritika Bhavnani and husband Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani. The lease agreement, registered under R.S. Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. and Oh Five Oh Talent LLP, spans 55 months. Initially, the monthly rent is set at Rs. 8.20 lakh for the first 33 months, increasing by 15% to Rs. 9.43 lakh for the remaining 22 months. Additionally, a security deposit of Rs. 73.80 lakh and a stamp duty of Rs. 1.29 lakh were part of the arrangement. Notably, Padukone's husband Ranveer Singh already possesses multiple floors in the same building, acquired for a substantial Rs. 119 crores back in 2022.

The property dealings of Deepika Padukone and Anju Bhavnani are part of the latest buzz in a string of high-profile celeb real estate transactions in Bandra West. Square Yards highlighted that Bollywood stars and notable personalities like Aamir Khan, Tripti Dimri, and K.L. Rahul, alongside Athiya Shetty, have recently acquired properties in the vicinity. Their transactions amounted to Rs. 9.76 crore, Rs. 14 crore, and Rs. 20 crore, respectively.
