But she’s risking her life for it. What is the point of it if she dies and baby survives. If she really wants that she can opt for surrogacy, IVF ect

Aree there was a scene in OH where Abhira jumps from the table to show that she trusts Armaan. That's why he asked her to do it.

Main problem will arise at the time of birth so IVF will not work, surrogacy is better option.
