One of the best supporting characters among all generations. Manisha Chachi seems to be the viewer's voice. The only one who though doesn't challenge or intentionally pick fights but is there to speak the truth in a rational way or is given sensible dialogues (considering writer's general pattern of writing low IQ characters like Ruhi, Charu, Madhav & Vidya). She is the only Poddar to give Ruhi a reality check that Ru isn't bechari abla naari as she pretends or she should leave PH if she can't move on from Armaan. Manisha had always been suspicious of Ruhi's intentions. Stood up against Sanjay for Abhira, spoke for Armaan when Rohit behaved like a mad bull, spoke her mind even if it displeased KP or Vidya. Wish they don't change her character to glorify Vidya mata. Manisha-Armaan & Manisha-Abhira bond has so much potential. Even without bonds her individual character has more potential.
