I would love if abhira see them together, scene parallel to jhopadi scene, but I think that won't be the case here. Armaan in ruhi & abhira bts is wearing different shirt.
I hope she will see them together. And all these forced BhabhiMaan scenes are set up for Abhira's heartbreak and fbs only. Other than that I see no point to this nonsense. Armaan 2.0 even gives the vibe that he don't give 2 hoots about bhabhiji and is forced to put up with her childish tantrums.
But thats the thing- how long will he keep feeling guilty and letting her manipulate him? How long will Ruhi trump Abhira where in he will cut her call to tend to Ruhi instead of telling her what's up and unconsciously counting on his spouse as his partner in everything insteaf of doing it all himself. How long will he pretend to be blind to her wanting more than dosti from him even when she explicitly says she wants more. How long will he take on her zimmedari in addition to Abhiraas instead of ever delegating to someone or seeking help. How long before he deliberately makes Abhira a partner in this caring for Ruhi abhiyaan so that he's minimizing these private interactions with her that are emotionally intimate encounters because it makes him uncomfortable
He can tell Vidya to look after Ruhi because he's worried for her or call Goenkas and inform them shes wandering on road in imbalanced, disturbed state. Maybe she even needs inpatient psychiatrist evaluation.
More than this gesture of him being a good friend its the bigger picture inaction that annoys me.
See today he found her really disturbed, he won't leave her in that state and go. Ok fair enough.
But what about the big picture? She keeps on crossing the line and he lets her do so. He is not helping her by making himself available for her. He needs to make it clear that he's not there for her and she needs to develop healthy coping skills.
Armaan acting dense enough to not realize that she's got unhealthy dependence on him , is constantly seeking him out for more than friendship relationship instead of moving on alone or with someone else - thats the issue.
He rejected the alliance that came for Ruhi without even asking Ruhi to meet the guy herself. He is not encouraging her to do any work or socializing. He isnt searching for Rohit either. So what's the long term plan?! That she will keep wanting romance with him and he'll be helpless and guilty about her state.
Abhira pointed out how she is jobless and does not even keep herself busy unlike other housewives but he dismissed her.
But thats a fact. Ruhi has no life except hivering around him. Thats why shes so delulu

This one is probably that hit and miss case with Manish scene where she gets to know someone else knows about akshara too , Nothing related to ruhaan .

@Bold- will never change until Abhira is broken into pieces infront of eyes.
Abhira being character that she is, will never guilt trip him or try to get sympathy by sharing her DDP. So he thinks she can handle it all while Ruhi needs his support. And because of this he will always prioritize Ruhi no matter what.
If you have watched Gm1- there the Vada boy kept deprioritizing FL till she lost mentally and risked her life hallucinating- it was then the man realized that she was hurt and was harboring pain too unlike forever crying Bhabhi. In return she never stopped loving him was nust waiting for her turn. If Abhira takes after her father’s genes- she will also go ek tarfa phaar ki kimat jo response ki mohtaj nahi hoti types.
In OG FL shown n responded with anger which was relatable but here Abhira is made more comical - it will be even worse to watch.
For example her reaction after seeing Ruhi sleeping on Armaan shoulder was so off, she wanted to hit Armaan in jealousy but what about Ruhi??
Anyone would be completely disgusted as they are Jeth bhabhi . It would have been nice if they made Abhira remind them boundaries of ‘their’ relationship in response to their jab about her not having family. But she is shown going cookoo in love so—
Long story short- the show is in poopers and I wouldn’t expect anything good to happen.
PS: I also find it disgusting that Armaan flinches with Ruhi’s attempts to touch him in family’s presence but is ok with her touch and hugging when no one is around. Be it the dance they did, store room hug, that zhopdi hug, hand holding and intimate medicine feeding in room n now this scene on bench.
I understand he had to hug after saving her to calm down but man what is this intimacy in bench scene?
Him flinching while she held his hand in family dance is more like chori pakdi gai then personal discomfort.
PPS: ended up being long rant post as I caught up with recent eps and disappointed seeing the progress. Even with new actors story is still stuck on illicit relationship angle.

In OG, people rooted for FL to put them in their right place with her angry rant or actions, here it will be painful to watch Abhira hiding her pain in her laughter & jokes, until she reaches the point where she is even unable to joke or laugh anymore!

Agree. But Abhira has shown him she isnt fully ok. She is lonely but she does deal with stuff herself. But thats all the more reason that Armaan look at more healthy coping skills for Ruhi long term like Abhira has- where she can handle herself instead of mollycoddling her. And he's the last person who should take her responsibility given their past. Infact he should actively stay away and ask others to help her out instead. I'm sure Chachi, Vidya or goenkas can help.
The problem is his inability to just step back and recognize that he cannot be her caretaker and make her his zimmedari.
And if he really feels obligated to help her recover he needs to do it by making her find other coping skills and distractions instead of making her more dependent on him. Abhira rightfully suggested that she should work or socialize and do things outside of hovering outside their bedroom. Why Armaan cant accept that and act on it is beyond me.
