I have not watched any season of Rishta, Ruhi was driving the car when the accident happened?How sick is this PH? Why would

Ruhi was not driving the car. As a child she got the curiosity of driving the car and sat in the driver seat but akshara saw and took her out. But the hand brake got realsed in the push and pull between ruhi and akshara and both remain unaware. As car parked in a slope it starts moving after sometime toward arohi who was talking in the phone and akshara saw it. Instead of screaming and alerting arohi she jumped into the car and tries to stop the car but failed and car crashed to arohi. Ruhi was not there but Swarna and surekha saw the accident.
