It means they are color balloons meant for decoration purpose.. What else it means sejal 🤣

I think I am color blind so I will refrain from making expert comment.

My brain is dead.. I will give 10/10 for your effort.. But i think production  house ran out of balloons and only these were available.. So they randomly hung it..
