No, if they decide to bring back Adi and Kavya together again, Anubha will have to be brought back. Kavya still doesn't know, how she manipulated Adi. Kavya must meet Anubha at some point later, otherwise it will be completely illogical (same as Anurag's role was exposed in Omi's death).
OR instead of bringing her back, they may use Sanjeev to speak the truth to Kavya. It may make sense as well, as why would a person like Sanjeev (who had been quite positive so far) not cut ties with Adi after such incident (even if he was a friend/family member). Kavya would definitely expect Sanjeev to cut ties with Adi after all this, and she may be surprised to see otherwise and may question him on this. She would definitely believe him as well (of course, it does not make Adi completely innocent, but Kavya may regret for not finding the whole truth behind it earlier, same as Adi did after Omi's death).
In the end, it may be a copy of Omi's death track with role reversal and may be resolved exactly the same way. Kavya may forgive Adi, only on the basis of love and trust.
