6 months ago when Anuj was leaving to come get Any he forgot to tell Adhya and was leaving a minor alone at home. Any while talking to him on the phone asking Kapadiaji to jaldi and calling to check if he reached the airport but never once asking or thinking how will a 13 year old girl live alone? And now she suddenly goes into panic mode about Adhya? Oh how conveniently she forgets and remembers Adhya.

Scenario 2:

Ankush-Barkha are in US to meet Sara and (may be Romil)?

They witness an accident of an Indian girl and take her to the hospital where she is declared dead. On discovering she is Adhya, Anuj's daughter (Choti Anu), they try to contact but are unable to since he himself is in the hospital.

He reverts the calls he has received on gaining consciousness only to find out about Adhya and that the last rites are also done, he is heartbroken.

Ankush-Barkha force him to return to Amdavad, India and they ALL travel together. The plane they are travelling in, crashes and he is among the few survivors. On learning about the crash and subsequent death of his family, he goes mad.

Scenario: 1

Anuj is admitted to the hospital after the accident and then goes home to check on Adhya. He finds a note from Adhya and presumes she must have gone to Mumbai, India back to the orphanage since that is the only other place she knows. Adhya, after the fiasco at Kapadia Mansion and Devika's "maasi"ness, leaves the house and meets with an accident and succumbs to it. She would have called Barkha-Ankush (who are in India and presumed dead) on the way and since theirs is the last dialled number, when she is taken to the hospital, they call Ankush-Barkha. Ankush-Barkha, receive Anuj's call and inform him about what happened and while they are on the way to the airport, they too succumb to an accident.

Anuj who is neither able to reach Ankush-Barkha nor his daughter goes mad.

Doctors tell them that this man named Anuj had forever been mad. They ask them why was such a mad man allowed to roam freely around the world ? Also why was he not brought for treatment before ? For how long he had been roaming on the planet with no one knowing about his condition ? Ankush and Barkha feel shocked that he had always been mentally unsound. Doctors tell them that so far he may have managed to fool the world. But now due to the accident his madness will manifest in his behavior and he will be hallucinating things. Barkha and Ankush feel worried. When Anuj gained consciousness, he started to hallucinate that all Barkha, Ankush, Adhya and Anupamaa are dead. His madness knew no bound. He ran from the hospital. May be Ankush and Barkha found Adhya and sent her to the hostel. They might have told Anupamaa that everything is fine, because they may have felt very scared that if they tell Anupamaa the truth, Maa might say Namaste Amreeka again and they might have to handle two mad, which they were incapable of.🙃🙃🙃🙃
