these r the kind of people who need crowdfunding or help. But instead BW duds will help violent anarchy sympathisers who r fully capable to work if they keep their dysfunctional mind under control

this is why i feel all reservations should end now. Everyone are equal. Instead of caste based reservations it's high time ppl should bring economical reservations. Also all these income certificates should be reassessed. Many rich families has low income certificates to avail facilities like scholarship, rashan etc. Hightime the country should bring equal laws for all. So that everyone will realize they have to study and work than waiting for government to feed them.
