Why is Shruti so desperate? - Page 3

Shruthi’s character has been made desperate. Really sad. She is the fiancée who in spite of seeing Anuj’s besotted love for Anupama forced him in a sense to get engaged to her. Emotional blackmail by Aadhya and Shruthi is what made Anuj agree to the engagement. Even the marriage, Shrew is forcing Anuj even if keeps saying let’s put it off for now. She is not married to Anuj, they share no physical or emotional bond, the only thing that holds them together is their love for Aadhya. Anupama on the other hand is his ex-wife and past/current/future love, let them be, and Shrew, please walk out with your respect in tact.
What was the phone call today? Who is Shrew going to meet? I hope there is no evil intent behind it and hope she is not the one that complained to the Health Dept. Hope her character is not tarnished and she is allowed to walk away with her head held high.

Shruti's character is already tarnished. Only a silly person will be desperate to marry a person who doesn't love him/her.

Killing off her parents or making her barren doesn't invoke sympathy because at the end of the day Shruti is an educated woman and a professional photographer. Many such people live alone confidently. And even when they seek love, they won't certainly run behind an individual who is never going to love them.

And to elevate Anupama's character, makers will ensure Shruti's character never overpowers her. So even if they don't turn her completely negative, they will continue to show her in an annoying manner.

Please, Sukirti, quit this show! Anyways your screen time is less and invaluable!

Her character has been butchered for Anupama & MaAn reunion.

Shahi is very sadistic. He neither reunites his leads nor let's them move on in his high trp shows. It is been 6 months since the leap. And the story has hardly made any real progress.

Shruti's main dialog every now and then is "Meri aur Anuj ki shaadi".

Aadya's main dialog is "I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, Anupama."

Anupama either has no real udaan or does udaan and crashes down. So basically no udaan still zero.

Anuj is still majboor -- loves Anupama but is forced to marry Shru due to Aadhya.

Paritosh, Baa, and Vanraj are never going to change.

Shruti is not partner of anuj' s company nor she helps him , she is just a mere photographer who works in different company infact she totally dependent on Anuj only financially, there is a reason of her not really leaving him , stop painting her a victim please. The episode where aadhya ask Anuj 4 vacation Shruti says her company has event hosted by Anuj himself, Anuj never mentioned Shruti helped him in business. Matlab kuch bhi . Shruti is definitely not a saint either

It was mentioned in the previous episodes that Shruti an independent photographer (who apparently continues to take assignments, as mentioned) met through work when Anuj came to (green-screen) America and Anuj was trying to set-up his business and she helped him set up the business and settle in a stable family while living together with Anuj and Adhya. That is why she accompanied him on meetings and was surprised when he went out of the way to invite and then help Spice and Chutney without discussing with her.

She is shown to come from a well-to-do family in India and when she came to India to wind things up after she lost her parents, she set-up a trust knowing her life is in America and has no interest in their business in India.

Not sure what made you draw the conclusion of her being financially totally dependent or why would you doubt any malicious intent where nothing of the sort was shown.

Which episode ma'am where it is mentioned she helped anuj in business? Anuj has always thanked her in helping him to handle aadhya. In his dream sequence with anupama after Christmas party where aadhya got PA Anuj said from his hardwork he had made his name , u r forgetting Anuj has very strong connection in newyork coz he spend 26 yrs of his life here , so this city is not new to him .konsi meeting mein vo uske saath jaate hai

If Shruti is desperate than by thal logic all girl friend are desperate after their boy friends in world

Every wife is desperate for her husband in world

Why than woman file cheating case against men in police station saying he promised me marriage and why law allows such cases if every man can just get engaged or married and abandon a woman at his will? It is to stop exploitation of woman. Whether uneducated or educated all woman get expolited in world in one way or other. To stop that only laws are there all over world.

Why than boy friends are sent to jail for cheating on girl friends if they file case of cheating (in india atleast) after promise of marriage

By that logic neither marriage or engagement or live in has any value in world a man can just live in or marry 5 years than walk off to next woman as per his will leaving woman in lurch

Is this BCE where rich men/warriors could keep 100 wives in 5 different cities and just walk off at will after giving birth to their children(read ashoka, arjuna of mahabharat etc)

Than what is difference between a civilized world of 2024 and the one in BCE or under mughals where any rich man could abuse any woman at will and leave her to her fate

Why when shruti was ready to leave anuj and adhya and walk off bec of anupama, anuj stopped her at home?

And why woman always get targetted saying they are after a mans wealth? I do not think Shruti ever wanted anuj wealth? She would not have packed her bags to walk off after knowing anuj anupama relationship when anuj stopped her for adhya sake.

In USA a woman earns in millions unlike india, they do not require father or husband or son money to live their life like indian woman. Also they have unemployment wages etc USA govt has ensured no woman is dependebnt on family husband etc for living unlike other countries that is reason full world wants to shift to USA and become its citizen by hook or crook.

USA is not india where woman are lowly paid or jobless and need men in their life to survive society and monetary wise (or asia or africa)

Anuj should have not got engaged to Shruti anyways. Atleast he should have cut engagement and told her to leave his home and make her own life. But hes using her cleverly to pacify adhya and take care of adhya till time adhya accepts anupama

Hes playing Casanova games narcissist games with Shrui actually two timing her using her as maid to take care of ahya till adhya accepts anupama as mother

Woman are emotional fools all over world - shruti is one too. Anuj has used adhya bait on Shruti to get her services to take care of adhya

Anuj knows if Shruti leave now adhya will hate him and anupama for life

Hes cleverly manipulating both Shruti and adhya till adhay accepts anupama(after dimpy wedding this will happen)

Than he will drop Shruti like hot potato

Have never doubted that.

Especially, given how Anuj has been floating bills and spending on how ex and ex's family, he sure is banking on a huge inheritance from Kapadias and to his credit has managed to keep it afloat and build on it well, even though he has been a negligent owner.

About people dependent on Anuj's property, there sure is only one person/family who has(ve) benefitted from Anuj's asset, after a point even his own cousin's family (Ankush-Barkha) earned their own bread (and continue to) after being humiliated and denied financial support.

Talking of Shruti being financially totally dependent on Anuj. I cannot place the exact episode numbers
