It sure feels like it. No matter what happened, Esha had no right to slap Amrita. In fact Esha should be arrested - she did it and she admitted it openly.

This is what I mean when I say Amrita was bullied. When you have been slapped, the other person openly says they slapped you and yet you are forced to say they did nothing wrong, its no different from being bullied.

Justifying no but one had to be there to know in what context the slap was given.

It might have been a spur of the moment thing and slap isn't a punch in the face ; it's aim is to punish and to another extent to humiliate.

The intent isn't to bring lasting physical arm on the other party.

How did Amrita react to that? Her non-action might have been because she felt she deserved it like it could have been because she felt utterly humilated and scared.
