Here hes giving a metaphor for rotating in the circle of life facing all its hardships abd still see the face of ur beloved

Even after that just see ur beloved, n maintain a close tie with ur beloved, love him cz "ishq" is like that poison which gives u the satifaction after u drink it...

That was the literal translation... But beautiful lines none the less.. Ishq the true ishq is definitely like this one which he has described

If u wanted a literal translation urdu to english i tried it hope u got to understand... However this is very very deep n very beautiful... Hes describing the love in its extreme form ... Comparing it with a poison which nonethe less gives u satifaction but its like a poison which will kill u from inside ( another meaning could be that u wont be left inside u after drinking that poison and only ur beloved will remain)
