You should read her short stories that doesn't take that long.
Have you read Umera's novels ?
They are very realistic although there is hardly any romance but her stories are always something different.
If you like reading romantic novels than Maryam Aziz is also a good writer but my favourite romantic book is Bahron ke sang sang

Yes, read a few of Umera's, genius that woman! Will look for Bahron 😊

Nida have you read marg-e-wafa and dil aik shehr-e-junno?
And i have read baharo k sang sang that novel is really good just there were so many characters

Incomplete PDF versions are available though.

Iqra Sagheer Ahmed. This novel is very long and there are some useless family scenes that I skipped😆

Well Osama and Laiba study in the same university and they don't get along well. Osama is kind of angry young man 😆 and Laiba is a simple girl. Osama doesn't like her initially but once they had to stay together for a night because some crazy wadera was after Laiba so Laiba's uncle asks him to take her home safely but then Mausam Kharab ho jata and they had so stay together in some village and Osama says she is my wife. Laiba is very nervous and she just doesn't want to stay there thereafter Osama's feelings start to change for her. He also saves her a million of times from some badtameez college ka lafanga lol. Osama proposes to Laiba but she rejects him and then Osama is madly after her and he does nikkah to her forcefully. Then still they never stayed together because of some family issues but at the end all gets sorted

Syra and Alishba? Hell to the NOO.. rather watch Mahira as Saba and even Mahira needs improvement in the non-serious acting department. Syra is way too monotonous with her bubbly avatar.

Asia Mirza has written Dil ik and The other one is amina riaz
Dil ik is one one if the best novels i have ever read.There was romance ,tragedy ,intensity and it was very much close to reality.You should give a try
