maybe iron ki kami hai .. thats what dr said to me and i started eating spinach and food with high iron. Now my hair is *slowly* recovering / 😊 but at the front I have a small bald patch. :( 😭

Yeh masla tou lagta hai sab ko hai😆

It's the effect of low iron + bad water..
