Indian serials on Paki channels

well yea we all watch Indian and Paki serials and im not comparing thm...but many of Indian serials like Pratigya and Uttaren are being shown on Paki channels..i dun understand whats the point of showing indian serials whn Paki channels have their own super hit nowadayss??
