I found it strange that Devika didn't recognize Nivedita standing right in front of her when she announced, "This is my son's father!" and yet Devika knows Rajendra's daughter's name. Has Rajendra never shown photographs of his children to Devika?

Rajendra told Devika he couldn't face Sumitra or Nivedita. He didn't predict Nihar's reaction, but discord in the home could have the worst impact on Nihar's focus at college, spoiling his life thereafter.

Devika didn't call Rajendra her husband. She doesn't act possessive of Rajendra or annoyed by his concern for Sumitra. Rajendra hugs Sumitra and tells her he finds her attractive, but he doesn't do anything like that with Devika. Devika and Rajendra behave like friendly co-parents, not a couple.

Devika said that Rajendra isn't at fault; it's her fault entirely. Why would she say that? They are lying to Rajendra's family, so he's primarily at fault there. Devika must be referring to how Asim was conceived. Maybe she wanted a child, but not a husband, and asked Rajendra to donate sperm?

Will the writers dare to make Devika lesbian, or asexual, or aromantic?

Rajendra told Nivedita that Devika's late husband was his friend from work. Rajendra visited Devika after her husband died suddenly, and Rajendra was trying to help Devika find a job when they got too close.

Isn't a condolence visit to a widow typically an occasion for a man to bring his wife along? Already, we have to suspend disbelief when Rajendra tells Sumitra that he had dinner with co-workers, and Sumitra doesn't ask their names or socialize with their wives/husbands. How is it possible that Rajendra's visits to Devika began innocently, but Sumitra remained unaware of Rajendra's concern for Mr. Deodhar's widow?

Good for Nivedita, giving Rajendra the ultimatum that she won't share his guilt, and unless he tells Sumitra today, she'll make the decision. Making a phone call to Sumitra, though ... No one should have to hear this news over the phone!

I didn't expect Yashodhan to think about forcing Devika and Asim to go away! That's something that vigilante Shiva Lashkare would do, but how would Yashodhan know how to do it?

One good thing is I’m happy they didn’t make Rajendra justify his act. An affair is an affair.

Nivedita’s stand on this is also correct.

Yash is in love and possessive about Nivi. So whatever makes Nivi unhappy, he wouldn’t think a second to get rid of it. They have never shown him as a perfect man, but rather as a man who is madly in love with Nivi.

I find the story is moving fast. Didn’t expect the truth to be revealed this soon.

So far, Yashodhan's mad love for Nivedita meant that he stalked her to give her flowers, faked car trouble to show up at the same restaurant, and made a motorcycle-themed proposal video.

Yashodhan's idea to disrupt someone's life for Nivedita's peace of mind is a whole other level of "madly in love." In the real world, men who think they have a right to protect women by driving other people out of their lives are called controlling, and in fiction, they are portrayed as psychotic (like Mandar on Mehandī Hai Racanevālī).

If Yashodhan is capable of taking action against someone who makes Nivedita cry, he could start with Ashvini, who cost Nivedita her job. Removing Devika and Asim won't make Nivedita feel better about Rajendra.

Kunal was about to get engaged to Nivedita before Yashodhan could propose. Yashodhan didn't act desperate to protect Nivedita then. He patiently sat at his table, trying telepathy to urge Nivedita to dump the loser. "Wouldn't think a second to get rid of it" didn't apply in those scenes. Only after Nivedita slapped Kunal, Yashodhan did one thing to the man who had made Nivedita unhappy. Yashodhan warned Kunal that he would be in trouble if he blabbed about Rajendra.

Yashodhan isn't perfect, but his actions to comfort Nivedita have been honest and modest so far. He sent a water bottle to her, told her what he had witnessed, offered to listen to her feelings, and gave her space. So, I have trouble believing that Yashodhan knows how to force anyone to leave.

How did Yashodhan find out Devika's phone number, and her address? When he spoke to Nivedita, he could barely remember the name Devika, which he may have heard Rajendra saying during their confrontation with Kunal.

Yashodhan was on the right track when he looked after Nivedita and told her she could talk to him. Now he's wasting his insider knowledge of her problems; instead of finding a way to protect Nivedita from aggressive Ashvini, he's going after Devika, who has never interacted with Nivedita, even after Nivedita told him no.

Anyway, Yashodhan's vigilante behaviour may be short-lived, if its only purpose was to bring him into a scene with Devika to reveal that Vinayak is keeping Rajendra's secret and Devika respects Vinayak.

Yup I think they managed to show Vinayak's loyalty for Rajendra - he knew about the affair but never revealed it despite being enemies now.

I am in awe of the scenes between Devika and Nivedita. No raised voices, no intense facial expressions ... just humanity, sincerity, and mutual understanding conveyed with dialogue and acting that seem so natural.

Sharvari Lohokare and Aetashaa Sansgiri, both of you should be very proud of your work!

Does anyone's phone come with a microphone as powerful as Malati's? Nivedita wasn't talking loudly, and yet Malati was able to hear and record every word!

I don't like how Malati, Ashvini, and Ketaki have exactly the same goals as troublemakers. Their plotting could be made more interesting and unpredictable.

Malati doesn't want Rajendra exposed as a cheat as much as she wants Sumitra forced to admit that her husband is a cheat. Ketaki assumes that Nivedita's embarrassment witll result in Ketaki getting her job. None of this is logical.

Was Radhika's stomach problem serious? Is she feeling better?

The scene of Dhanya brightening Nivi's mood was very endearing. The gradual shift from Dhanya making promises to trying out poses, from Nivi frowning to smiling, progressed beautifully. Their chemistry seems unforced, comfortable, with the promise of romance.

Devika made an interesting choice to tell Asim that his father is Parī Tāī's father, and there's her mother and brother too. Will Asim let out the secret?

The actress playing devika is excellent. I actually look forward to her scenes. The way she explains to asim about his Pari Tai was done realistically without being dramatic.

The friendship of yash and nivi is very nicely shown. It has been sometime that I did not follow show where hero and heroine are actually close friends and their parents are aware of it. Though yash loves her, he maintains their friendship in a most healthy manner and expresses his love through genuine concern.

When Devika told Asim that she would always be with him, I thought, what about her illness that makes her faint?

Then Devika turned around to look at Asim, and it was such a "last memory" visual.

Sure enough, Devika got hit by a truck out of nowhere!

So convenient. Sumitra will never meet her rival. The balancing-two-households issue will resolve itself before the first family realizes that they were shortchanged for ten years. Sumitra's dilemma won't be between self-respect and forgiveness, both valid choices. If she is anything less than an unconditional mother to Asim, she will appear heartless.

Asim also got hit by a motorcycle. It was a ball last week. Back to the hospital again!

A place where people put down a bag has such heavy traffic. Motor vehicle operators run over clearly visible pedestrians without even braking. Is this normal in Mumbai?

Devika's character may come to end soon. And Asim may be moving to Nivi's house and getting all hatred from the family smiley19.
Launch promo was misleading as they showed Yash and Nivi already in relationship but in current track, he hasnt confessed and she has no feelings either. Good that they changed the track and make it difficult for yash now smiley36
