"Nupur.." said Geeta while entering her room.

" Yes mom."

"Tujhse kuch zaruri baat karni thi.."

"Kaho Mom." Nupur said while gulping down the glass of juice which her mother had bought.

"Tere Dad ne tere liye ek ladka dekha hai."

The glass fell from Nupur's hand and she started turning pale.

"par maa tumhe to pata hai abhi mera college bhi pura nahi hua. Mera ye final year hai. Aur itni padhai maine ye shaadi k liye todhi hi ki hai."

"Nupur toh teri padhai kaun rok raha hai. Waise bhi tera college do chaar din me band ho jayega tujhe to bas exams dene hai ab. Bohot acha rishta hai aur wo bhi samne se aya hai. Tu ekbaar mil to le. Is may burai kya hai."

Just as she was about to complete the sentence her father entered the room,whom Nupur respected a lot. She could never say no to him neither had she heard the same from him. She had never raised her voice in front of him.

"Nupur I expect tum hamare decision ko respect karogi. Ye ek bohot acha rishta hai. Mera purana dost aur Mumbai ke top businessmen ka beta hai wo. Nupur nodded in a yes as she did not want to break her Father's heart. Her parents were pleased with it and she knew it so she did not bother about anything because to her even her happiness comes after her family's happiness. She took a deep sigh and closed her eyes and sat down on the bed.

Just after a while Geeta entered the room and with a smiling face she said

"Nupur main to batana hi bhul gayi wo log parso sham ko aa rahe hai."

"Theek hai Maa main ghar par hi rahungi." Saying this room started reading the magazine which was in her hand.

Geeta knew Nupur needed time that is why she dint know ask her why she was not happy and cheerful because she had an answer to it. She just went near her and said

"Nupur aj tum market chali jao Gunjan k saath aur ek sundar si dress le ao parso k liye."

"Par Maa itne sare dresses to hai mere pas in me se koi bhi pahen lungi. Sirf dekhne hi aarahe hai na."

"Nupur tu ek naya le ayegi to kya hai chalo tum aur Gunjan abhi chale jao abhi mujhe ghar me bohot kam hai warna main bhi chalti."

"Di main ready hoon chalo." Gunjan said.

" Haan chalo."

"Di tum kuch theek nahi lag rahi agra tumhe abhi nahi karni shaadi tumhe Dad se baat karni chahye."

"Nahi Gunjan tumne Mom Dad ki khushi dekhi. I just can't break their heart. Aur abhi to wo bas dekhne arahe hai."

Nupur gave a slight smile to which Gunjan gave her a small hug and both of moved on.

"Mayank..Maya.." Shouting shilpa entered his room.

"Kya Hua Ma."

"Kuch nahi.. Kaha jar raha hai waise tu."

"Ma office aur kahan."

"Koi important meeting?"

"Haan ab jaane dogi mujhe?" He said while trying to escape her because he knew she was upto something.

"Nahi Mayank aj ap office nahi aa rahe." Said Maynk's father Ashok Sharma.

"But Dad.."

"No ifs and buts Mayank teri Ma tujhe shopping le jana chahti hai islye tu office nahi jaegi."

"Bu.."

"Chalo main driver ko kehta hoon ki wo gadi nikal de." Saying this ashok left the room.

"Ma tum hameha aisa karti ho."

"Kya karun beta meri to tu sunta nahi hai. To mujhe yehi rasta apnana padta hai. Chal ab neeche a ja."

At the shopping mall.

"Di tum kuch to pasand karo dekho kitni pyari pyari dresses hai."

"Mujhe kuch samjh nahi aa raha Gunjan tu hi pasand kar. Main upar wale floor mein hoon caf me hoon."

Before Gunjan could add more had Nupur had left the place.

"Mayank dekh kitna acha hai."

"Maa tumhe pasand chalo le lete hai. Aur ghar chalet hai."

"Mayank ye to tu le le pitni jaldi ghar nahi jana. "

"Kyu??" Mayank asked while dilating his pupil.

"Kyu ki mujhe kuch gifts lene hai parso khali haath thodi jayenge.."

"Ma tumhe jo lena hai lo main coffee peene ja raha hoon."

Before she could complete he was out of there she sighed and moved on saying

Mayank and Nupur were on the same floor and now both were moving towards the lift. Mayank was doing something on his phone while Nupur was looking for something in her bag.

Just as Nupur lifted her head she knew it was late and had already clashed with someone.

"Tum.." Nupur shouted.

Mayank gave her a confused look and before he could utter something Nupur started shouting again

"Tum mera peecha karte karte yaha bhi pohnch gaye."

"I think .."

"Mr. you are making a mistake of thinking that I would not charge you for actually following me from days."

"But.."

"Now nothing can make you justify your acts. You know it very well..."

Nupur was about to add more when came from behind and stopped her

"I am really sorry" Gunjan said to Mayank .

" Di chalo yaha se."

"Nahi Gunjan mujhe aj ise sabak sikhna hi hoga."

"Di chalo log dekh rahe."

She this Gunjan almost dragged her.

Mayank was dumbstruck that moment and he had a slight smile playing on his lips. He had been standing there not realizing that Shilpa was calling him from behind unless she held him from his shoulder

"Kya ho raha hai Mayank?"

"Kuch nahi Ma wo bas."

"Mera kaam hogaya hai chalte hai hum."
