Yes you are right it's all about perspective. 😊 I loved the scene where her daughter gets lost and she goes berserk also the scene where she finds about her husbands infidelity.

Her character was so soft hearted and beautiful, I couldn't help but cry with her throughout, that whole song where she remembers her love story with ajay devgan is also so beautiful!

Also the scene where she talks to her daughter on the phone after she moves out of the house. That movie was actually quite good it deserved better fate I wonder why it bombed. 😕

That was so sad! Her relationship with her daughter made me cry the most! I can't believe how selfish was Kajol's character to ask for the daughter back! And I cannot believe Ajay allows it! That movie is quite sad!😭

The only thing I found extremely weird about the movie was Kajol having sex with Ajay on the train right immediately after she's attempted with gang rape. It was so bizarre. But otherwise the movie was sensitive.

It was beyond weird and made no sense! That's probably why the movie didn't work!!

I think it bombed because Ajay and Kajol's fans couldn't take it when they didn't end up together and at that time they recently got married. Also, I heard that Ajay was linked up with Mahima while shooting for the movie. That was not good since Kajol was also on that movie. I was very upset at the end when Kajol left Ajay and the child. Kajol is much bigger star than Mahima and Kajol's fans probably didn't take that well like me. So that could be the reason why the movie bombed. It depends on different people of who had meatier role. To me, Mahima seemed to get more screen presence than Kajol on that movie.

I would have been very glad if Mahima had dumped that Ajay and taken her daughter along with her, so that her cheater husband and that selfish woman Kajol ended up together. 🤢

And anyways Chandrachur's character was really in love with her. He would have kept her happy for sure.

No honey. He was a cheater, and you know what they say, once a cheater always a cheater.

I wouldn't be surprised if his character had many such train rendezvous that we were not shown. 😳😆

I felt so bad for Chandrachur, that guy got dumped thrice in the movie. First by Mahima, then by Kajol and then by Mahima again. 😔

I loved her in Pardes and she looked like a doll. Don't know what happened to her looks later after marriage
Regarding her career, she did not get big banner movies and then faded out early. Her movies were mainly with Chandrachur then.
