Considering he is putting his money in..he has a right to cast a hit actor/actress/director and dump those going through a lean patch..this is how business is done..he is doing business not charity

Mohit did mess up HAK majorly, it was a pain on in my bloody heart to see Vidya and Emraan getting wasted, the potential was not utilized. the film fared average at the box office only because of the good music and performances .

He didn't dump Shakun Batra after his last flop. He's not dumping Rambir and Anushka after BV. He hasn't dumped Nikhil Advani after all of his flops. If Intouchables is on hold it's for other reasons besides HAK flopping.

This might just be a rumor because of all the other news of Mohit working on HG right now, which in of itself isn't confirmed.

Karan has the rights, no?? Its his company that is producing the movie.

If he is not satisfied with Mohit, kick him out and hire someone competent. I will be delighted, as I have been saying from the satrt Mohit cant do justice to the script.

Not making the movie because of a director seems a lame reason which is why this seems a baseless news. Anyway didn't Mohit say that he is working on intouchables next recently?? If I recall correctly, it was after it had established that HAK would flop.

Doesnt HG have Varun in the lead?? Recently some site attached Alia to the project as well.

If yes, then it is some time away. Varun has Dilwale, Drishoom and Shuddhi to shoot first.

@Touch-of-Pink, you bring up a good point about, well, about everything. I wasn't aware of his fall out with Advani at all. I guess we'll wait and see about his equation with Mohit.

Nikhil Advani and KJo have not worked since they fell out after KHNH. They've patched up now, but I doubt they'll be working together anytime soon.

And I'm gonna put not replacing RK and Anushka down to saving face. Remember, it was him who went to town and gushed how amazing their chemistry was in BV which is why he had to sign them for his film. 😆
