Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira's career focus forces Kaveri to push for prenup agreement

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Madhav reassures Abhira that she will handle everything effectively. However, Abhira confides in Madhav that she's struggling to manage things and feels troubled about Vidya. Madhav advises her to comfort Vidya, leading Abhira to attempt to calm her down. She reassures Vidya that she will balance both her personal and professional life. Despite Abhira's assurances, Vidya scolds her for prioritising her career over her wedding, expressing frustration over Abhira's focus on work. Abhira explains that she needs to manage her debt, which only angers Vidya further.

Manisha steps in to console Abhira, who questions if she is being selfish. Manisha advises her to remain calm, suggesting that adjusting to change takes time. Kaveri overhears Abhira's determination not to compromise her career and agrees with Sanjay's view that Abhira will consider her own needs in an emergency. In the kitchen, Ruhi anticipates that Kaveri might take action. Vidya asks Ruhi to prepare breakfast, but Ruhi reveals that Abhira has made Himachal food and even arranged for a tailor to measure her for an upcoming event. Vidya is taken aback by this revelation.

Abhira is engrossed in organizing pre-wedding preparations, showcasing traditional Himalayan attire to the family. Manisha is determined to present herself beautifully for the event. When Abhira asks Vidya for her measurements, Vidya is taken aback as Madhav insists she follow Abhira's directives. Ruhi, upon seeing a photo of the Himachal attire on the tablet, is reminded of Akshara. Despite Rohit noticing Ruhi’s unease, she reassures him that her stress is not connected to Abhira but rather to nostalgic memories. Meanwhile, as Sanjay gets ready for work, Abhira stops him to encourage the Poddars to sample the Himachal cuisine.

Sanjay inquires about the status of Abhira's loan, and she informs him it hasn't been approved yet. Kaveri is stunned to learn that despite a guarantee, the loan is still pending. The tailor demands an advance payment, which Abhira requests time to arrange. Armaan offers his assistance, but Abhira declines, preferring not to accept his help for the event. Kaveri, suspecting that Abhira might gain control of the Poddar house due to her relationship with Armaan, decides to have them sign a prenup.

Kaveri presents the prenup to Abhira and Armaan, urging them to think practically and prepare for potential difficulties. Both Abhira and Armaan are taken aback by the prenup's terms.
