Saba Azad reveals why she lost voiceover jobs just because she was dating Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad are dating since two years

Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad are going steady since two years now. The couple faced a lot of trolling initially. While many spoke about the age gap others harped on why did Hrithik Roshan fall for Saba Azad who was not as famous as some mainstream Bollywood actresses. She revealed that even she was subjected to preconceived notions, and it resulted in loss of employment. Saba Azad who is a singer, composer and actress said that people stopped giving her voice over assignments after she began Hrithik Roshan. It is said that the couple are living-in together in a sprawling home in Andheri.

She wrote that while she did six to eight voice-overs in a month two years back, now she has stopped getting them altogether. Saba Azad said she was wondering what could be the reason behind the same. It seems she met an ad filmmaker some time back whom she truly admired. She told her that people assumed she would not need money from voiceovers given that she was dating someone as big as Hrithik Roshan. She said she was shocked to see such concepts exist even till date. Saba Azad said while she might be seeing him, she still has rent to pay and expenses to meet. 

Saba Azad who is the grand-daughter of prominent Indian theatre personality Safdar Hashmi has worked with all the greats of the Indian theatre scene. It seems Hrithik Roshan heard some of her Indie songs and soon they began to chat on Twitter. Rumors of them being a couple surfaced after they were seen at a dinner together. She is quite tight-lipped about her love life with Hrithik Roshan. Saba Azad was earlier in a live-in with Imaad Shah, the son of Naseeruddin Shah. Saba Azad has done theatre, films and web series.
