Stree 2’s Shraddha Kapoor To Shift To Hrithik Roshan's Residence, Likely To Be Akshay Kumar's Neighbor: Report

Shraddha Kapoor, the star of Stree 2, is basking in the love from fans for her latest movie alongside Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi. Not only is her professional life in the spotlight, but rumors suggest she's ready to elevate her living space too. As per a Hindustan Times report, Shraddha is poised to become Akshay Kumar's new neighbor by moving into Hrithik Roshan's current sea-facing residence in Juhu. Interestingly, Akshay Kumar, who made a cameo in Stree 2, resides with his wife, Twinkle Khanna, and their children in a lavish duplex within the same building Shraddha is reportedly relocating to.

Initially, there were talks that Varun Dhawan, along with his wife Natasha Dalal and their daughter, might move into Hrithik's apartment, but those plans didn't materialize. Interestingly, Varun also had a special appearance in Stree 2 as Bhaskar Sharma from Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Supernatural Universe, Bhediya, which hit screens in 2022. On the other hand, Akshay Kumar featured in Stree 2 as a patient in a psychiatric hospital in Bhopal. His character holds the key to defeating Sarkata, the antagonist in the movie. He reveals to Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi that he descends from the lineage of the malevolent villain. Nonetheless, the post-credits scenes hint at more depth to Akshay's cameo, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the future of his character.

Maddock Films' creation, Stree 2, has transformed into a timeless blockbuster, owing to its phenomenal success at the box office. Following a record-breaking second weekend, the movie sustained its exceptional performance, even on the third Monday, leveraging the partial Janmashtami holiday.

Stree 2, the horror-comedy flick, raked in a whopping Rs 17 crore on its 12th day at the box office, as reported by Sacnilk. This achievement pushes the film's total earnings to Rs 401.55 crore, inching closer to the impressive Rs 450-crore mark. On the film's second Monday (August 26), Hindi theaters recorded a 29.02% occupancy rate, according to the report. Globally, Stree 2 amassed a remarkable Rs 589 crore at the box office.
