Owing to his tight working schedule, actor-filmmaker Prabhudheva will undertake the overseas promotion of his upcoming film 3D dance film "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance", with the help of a hologram.
The 39-year-old will be talking to media in Dubai, while his hologram will be projected at events in London, New York and Toronto. It is the first time that a movie will be promoted in this manner.
Prabhudheva has only nine days left in the schedule before he starts shooting for his directorial project "Rambo Rajkumar".
"It is a huge innovation for the film. A 3D hologram projection is a perfect fit for the promotions as ABCD is also India's first 3D dance film," choreographer-turned-filmmaker Remo Dsouza said in a statement.
"If everything goes well, we will have a spectacular show. Currently, we are figuring out the logistics," he added.
Directed by Remo, "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance" also features Ganesh Acharya, Salman Yusuff Khan, Lauren Gottlieb, Dharmesh Yelande and Kay Kay Menon. It is set to release Feb 8.
