On September 23, 2024, Karan Johar hopped onto his Instagram Stories to drop a significant message linked to the recent Coldplay ticket rush. He said, “Dear privilege, I love that Coldplay and the mini Kelly always keep you grounded... you can't get everything you want my darling … Lots of love… Frugal.”

Coldplay is gearing up to rock India in 2025 during their Music Of The Spheres tour. The renowned band will grace the stage at DY Patil Stadium on January 18, 19, and 21.

At present, Karan Johar is preparing for the launch of his upcoming production, Jigra. Collaborating with actress Alia Bhatt, he is co-producing the action-packed thriller. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film revolves around the sibling relationship portrayed by Alia and Vedang Raina. The movie's teaser trailer has already hit the screens. Jigra is all set to hit theaters on October 11, 2024, coinciding with the festive celebration of Dussehra.

Karan is all caught up in getting ready for his next directorial venture following the romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The upcoming film, yet to be named, is said to be a grand action extravaganza.
