Deepika Padukone's latest lnstagram story is a proof of how the new 'mom is momming' - CHECK OUT

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh broke the internet after announcing the arrival of their baby girl into this world on the 8th of October. Since then, there hasn't been any update from the parents about the little angel. But today, Deepika Padukone has offered fans a peek into her journey of motherhood with a relatable reel that all mothers will second. 

The actress took to her Instagram stories and reposted a reel. The video features the text, "If adults ate like newborns," and portrays a woman waking up on a couch, and heading to the kitchen to prepare a meal. She sits at the dining table, stares at her food, and then begins to eat in a chaotic manner. After taking her first bite, she immediately falls asleep. Throughout the clip, she mimics a newborn's behaviour by keeping her mouth open and shaking her head. 

This only shows how she has fit herself as a mom now and is experiencing these little things with her baby. Deepika was only discharged from the hospital a few days after her delivery. She was then seen escorted by Ranveer Singh, along with the new member of the family, as they headed home in his car. 

Before being admitted to the hospital and going into labour, Deepika and Ranveer, along with their families, were spotted at the Siddhivinayak temple seeking blessing from the god as they were getting ready to embark on this new journey. While Deepika looked elegant in a green silk saree, flaunting her baby bump, Ranveer looked crisp in a being kurta pyjama set. 

The duo announced the birth of the baby girl through a joint Instagram post with the text, “Welcome Baby Girl 8.9.2024. Deepika and Ranveer.” 

Celebrities, friends and fans from all across the globe flooded the post with congratulatory messages and poured in their love and blessings for the newborn. Meanwhile, on the professional front, Deepika Padukone will next be seen in the film 'Singham Again' alongside Ranveer Singh and an ensemble featuring Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and others. The film is all set for a Diwali release this year and will face a box office clash with 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3'.
