Deepika Padukone did not 'look' pregnant for THIS reason? Trainer gives insight into her passion for fitness

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are blessed with a baby girl. The little one arrived in this world on September 8, 2024. Throughout her pregnancy, she was trolled for not looking pregnant enough. People were downright nasty asking how could she wear heels when she was six months pregnant and so on. Her trainer, Anshuka Parwani has in an in-depth interview revealed how committed she is to the concept of fitness. She said that Deepika Padukone has a naturally athletic body and works towards maintaining it. The two have been working together since the lockdown. She said the actress mastered an independent headstand only through online coaching. 

She said she did pre-natal yoga throughout her pregnancy where she focused on strength, endurance and stamina. She said it was fun to work with a pregnant Deepika Padukone. Netizens have always questioned how she did not look pregnant. Parwani might just have the answer. She said that the actress is highly aware of her body. The trainer said in the interview, “It’s been been a breeze because we were working out almost every other day. During her last trimester, we worked out almost every day. The whole process was very enjoyable. Deepika and I would come up with new sequences together and with a lot of communication and trust, we managed to have a healthy baby there.”

She said that no one can plan a post-birth workout in the pre-natal phase. Every woman’s body changes differently after the birth of a child. They will plan it depending on whether the baby was delivered normally or via the C-section. The doctors would advise her the way ahead. Deepika Padukone too is in no hurry. She will take the first few months easy, and then set goals for her body. 

The actress is planning a long maternity break where she plans to be a hands-on mother. There are reports that she will not hire nannies for her baby. Deepika Padukone could be so possessive of the little one that she won’t let even Ranveer Singh do anything.
