Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have officially shared the first picture of their baby girl, along with revealing her beautiful name, Dua Padukone Singh. This sweet name means "prayer," and the couple expressed that she is the answer to their long-held wishes. In a heartfelt joint post on Instagram, they introduced their daughter to the world.

Deepika wrote in her Instagram caption, "Dua Padukone Singh | 🧿 ‘Dua’: meaning a Prayer. Because She is the Answer to our Prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer." This heartfelt message accompanied the precious photo, introducing their daughter to the world. 

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's lives changed beautifully with the arrival of their daughter on September 8, 2024. The couple has requested privacy concerning their newborn, implementing a no-photo policy. They shared their daughter's birth announcement earlier this month, which read, “Welcome Baby Girl!” with the date “8.9.2024,” decorated with a golden bow. 

The announcement received immense love from Bollywood and beyond, with stars like Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and even Will Smith extending their warm wishes. Deepika and Ranveer's romance began on the sets of "Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram-Leela," leading to a dream wedding in Italy in 2018, surrounded by close family and friends.

Professionally, Deepika and Ranveer were seen for their roles in "Singham Again." Deepika will made her debut as Shakti Shetty, also known as Lady Singham, in Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe, while Ranveer reprises his role as Simmba. The film boasts a star-studded cast, including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Tiger Shroff, and is slated for release during Diwali 2024.
