Bollywood actor Imran Khan, who bid adieu to the world of acting back in 2015, recently treated his fans to an intriguing anecdote harking back to his cinematic ventures in 2011, particularly the films 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan' and 'Delhi Belly'.

Taking to his  Instagram, Imran Khan shared a series of captivating snapshots from the sets of 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan' (MBKD), also featuring Katrina Kaif.

In his online post, Imran mused, "Once upon a time, before the Instagram era dawned upon us, there existed an app by the name of Hipstamatic, a tool wielded by people to infuse their photographs with a vintage allure. Behold, here are some retro-infused glimpses from the days spent filming MBKD. And with these images comes a tale - a recollection of the wild double shifts I embraced while shooting for the song 'Do Dhaari Talwaar'."

Imran Khan unveiled the fascinating fact that he dedicated four consecutive nights to filming the energetic song 'Do Dhaari Talwaar', all the while balancing his daylight hours with the demanding task of capturing the essence of the tracks 'Nakkaddwaley Disco' and 'Switty' from the uproarious 'Delhi Belly'.

He candidly shared, "It was shot over 4 consecutive night shifts, while I was also spending the day shifts shooting the music videos for 'Nakkaddwaley Disco' and 'Switty' from Delhi Belly at the same time! I would sleep in my car, while being driven between the two sets. Hectic, but totally worth it."

For the unversed, 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan', marked Ali Abbas Zafar's maiden directorial venture, featured an ensemble cast including Imran Khan, the charismatic Katrina Kaif, Ali Zafar, and Tara D'Souza.

The narrative of the film revolved around Dimple Dixit and Luv Agnihotri, two individuals on the cusp of matrimonial union. However, the plot took an intriguing turn as complications arose with the emergence of feelings between Dimple and Kush in the days preceding the impending wedding.
