What does fitness mean to you?

Fitness is everything for me and I believe that health is wealth.

What efforts do you take to stay fit?

I eat healthy food to stay fit and eat in every two hours.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

At times I am conscious about my food choices but sometimes I cannot control myself when I see junk food. I feel its one life and one should enjoy to the fullest. 

Do you take protein supplements?

I take vitamins recommended by my doctor.

Is there any sport you are skilled at? 

Badminton, I used to play during my childhood days a lot.

A celebrity's body you admire?

Deepika Padukone.

What is your fitness secret?

I maintain a proper diet and sometimes if I feel that I am gaining weight then I exercise.

A fitness tip for your fans?

Eat after intervals in proper quantity and if you cannot exercise try walking for one hour.
