In a surprising turn of events, Ruhi makes a remarkable recovery, emerging from her coma, causing anxiety for both Rohit and Armaan. Previously, Rohit had entrusted his baby to Armaan and Abhira, fearing Ruhi might not wake up. Now that Ruhi is conscious, Abhira expresses her desire to co-parent the child with her. However, burdened by sorrow and envy, Ruhi rebuffs Abhira's offer, displaying coldness towards both her and the baby, clearly exhibiting her disdain.

Abhira steps in when he sees the baby crying and takes the child. Armaan stops a frustrated Rohit from getting more involved just in time. Ruhi leaves, and Vidya confronts her.

Abhira stops Vidya from following Ruhi, confusing Vidya about why she's being stopped. Vidya thinks Ruhi should be talked to about her behavior with the baby. Abhira says Ruhi is heartbroken.
