The makers had officially announced Pandya Store actor Mohit Parmar as the new Abhir. Speculations about the character's return had been buzzing ever since the teaser hinted at his mysterious reentry. Fans were thrilled to learn that Mohit Parmar would take on the much-awaited role.

Abhir, the son of Akshara (Pranali Rathod) and Abhimanyu (Harshad Chopda), was believed to have died in a car accident before the leap. However, recent promos revealed he had survived, leaving viewers curious. Initially, reports had suggested Raj Unadkat might play the part, but Mohit Parmar was finally confirmed.
