Ekta Kapoor makes strong statements; Reveals about women sexuality and why she pushes women-centric stories

Bollywood's very own content Czarina, Ekta Kapoor has always been a bold personality, being the great mind that she is, she always brings a varied kind of content for her audiences. This time as her new series, The Married Woman is all set to launch she has come out and mouthed yet another personal feeling of her on the kind of content she makes.
Says the mastermind behind Altbalaji,
It is a conscious decision. In most of the countries, the sexuality of a woman is considered as sin. That's a big problem and I was told many times that I was a big part of that journey -- by showcasing women wearing sarees and sindoor (on her TV shows). I have somehow stunted the growth of women in this country. I don't agree to this because I felt that a woman in a saree is a choice, as a woman in a swimsuit.

She adds that she has narrated several stories of "conservative women" with "household issues", and now it is time to tell stories of women who have "other issues".
I have told several stories of conservative women who have household issues, now it's time talk about different things. Every woman in different stages of their life have choices and it's their choice. They don't become good or bad by any of their choices.

Ekta Kapoor's feelings come in line with the kind of content she been bringing out in recent times. Her next series, The Married Woman touches yet another less explored area of female sexuality of a married woman and it only shows how the content Ekta brings forward eveloves with time as it raises more progressive question each time.
Ekta's 'The Married Woman' releases on 8th of March. Ridhi and Monica Dogra play the leads of the series as Ekta and Altbalaji bring on yet another bold and less spoken about issue to the forefront.

This woman is full of rubbish!! She lives in her own isolated “La-La-Land” and thinks taking stuff from Hollywood and transplanting it in India is going to “liberate” women in India. Nonsense! Ekta Kapoor has single-handedly destroyed Indian TV, which showed promise back in the early 80s with stuff on Doordarshan. She spins her views and opinions with some kind of an intellectual “I know better than you” attitude. No Ekta Kapoor, you know NOTHING, repeat, NOTHING about the reality of life for Indian women, the issues they face, and how to fight deeply entrenched bad cultural norms in India. They definitely will not be solved by forcing controversial Western liberal lifestyles which have serious long-term issues unto themselves. And it reflects in the stupid garbage you’ve been shoving down the throats of the gullible masses or “captive” Indian audience. I know this will never reach her deaf ears. Hence one needs to remove her from "making" TV shows like one would a sharp object from a child.

Sorry Ekta mata ji Ab aapke shows ki female leads doormate hoti hai. Please watch own shows daily episodes. You will get it. Aapke show ki middle class female lead na hamne middle class me milati hai na lower class me.Second Aapke show ki Upperclass woman bhi kahi dur dur najar nahi aati real life me. Bas paisa kamao madam. Fheko mat mataji & Haa kabhi kabhi apne shows bhi dhekne chahiye accha rathta hai. Aapko aur ideas aayege paise kamane ke.

This lady deserve the award from the category 'The Most Hypocrite Personality Of The Year'. What a shame she is ! Here many people had already said it loud about the woman degradation she shows in her dirty tv shows so i wont repeat it as i totally agree to them word by word. I just wish solely this lady gets banned in the industry one day and repent her whole life afterwards. She has played the main antagonist in absolutely destroying ITV. Justice will be done one day !!
