Alia Bhatt on Ranveer Singh's nude photoshoot: I don't like anything negative said about my favourites

We all know the off-screen bond that Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt share, especially after witnessing the first episode of Koffee With Karan's 7th season. Recently in a media interaction after the trailer launch of her upcoming film Darlings, Alia Bhatt was asked about her opinion on Ranveer Singh's nude photoshoot which has been the talk of the town since the past few days.

Talking about the same Alia said, "I don't like anything negative said about my favourite Ranveer Singh. Main ye question ko bardasht bhi nahi kar sakti hu. I love him, he has been eternally favourite to me, in fact all of us. He has given so much to us with his movies so we should only give him love".

Ranveer Singh generated an outrage on social media when his pictures exposing his body for Paper's magazine surfaced online. The actor, known for his eccentric and flashy sartorial choices, went for a completely shocking look this time. 

Talking about this with the magazine, Singh said that he can be naked in front of a thousand people. For those who are unaware, the photoshoot is a tribute to Burt Reynolds' legendary 1972 Cosmopolitan magazine shoot. The viral photos soon triggered an array of responses from netizens.

Talking about Ranveer and Alia, the duo will be soon sharing screen space in Karan Johar's next family drama, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film also features, Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles. The filming is currently going on and the film is slated to hit theatres in the first half of 2023.
