In the past two decades, Akshay Kumar has achieved great success with his films. The actor has seen one of the most successful runs this year. The Mission Mangal actor has offered four consecutive hits and the fans can’t stop admiring him.

Akshay is known to be fluid with his career choices and although he says that wasn’t the same earlier.

During a recent media interaction, Akki was asked about that one film which changed him to what he is, today. He said “I think there are a couple of those films, Sangharsh, Janwar, Hera Pheri- I got an opportunity to present myself in different genre and with such diverse films I also meet different people like Priyadarshan sir, Rajkumar Santoshi Ji, Neeraj Vora, these three people have had a huge contribution to change and make me realize that I can present myself in few of the most diverse characters so far and present myself more fluidly.”

Now that Akki has finally made a mark this year, he was also quizzed if he feels more confident as an actor to which he explained that he is actually scared during the release of a film.

“No, I'm totally not confident I am scared all the time, there's no confidence in me. My assistant knows it how scared I am when the picture is releasing. Its all because a film is releasing and I've put my heart for 9-10-11 months and worked so hard.

“Not only you have to be careful but I'm also concerned about the fact that the film shouldn't be too lengthy, I also hope that critics like my film and I'm also worried if the audience likes my film. I'm also worried if my family likes it or not, there are a lot of tensions during the release of a film, producers’ tension, partners, PR, studio’s tension, if you try to release one film there are Number of tensions revolving it now there's another film releasing and again I'll be in tension and I'll meet you all and again I'll be in tension then again I'll be banging my head,” he added.

On the work front, Akshay recently delivered Farhad Samji’s Housefull 4 on the box office, which has been receiving a good response so far. However, Akshay revealed wife Twinkle Khanna hasn’t watched the film yet.
