Addinath Kothare, who was recently seen in the web-series ‘Bajao’, is still receiving appreciation and love for his role in the series. The series has also become one of the hits of the year. The actor, known for his roles in ‘83’, ‘Criminal Justice’, and ‘City of Dreams’, opens up on how he managed to break the image of his previous characters for his role in Bajao.

The actor shares how, after doing various roles in his career, and playing a cop in his recent works, his role in Bajao was vastly different to any role he has done so far, “I played the role of a cop in my previous shows. I also did Bajao, wherein I played a negative character which was different from what I have done in the past in any of my films or any of my shows. My character in Bajao was loved by many."

He further continued saying, "I got messages from people loving the character. In reality, I am not the kind of person who generally abuses or uses foul language, but for my character in Bajao, I used profane language as well as used a Delhi accent. So I feel acceptance happens when you impress the audience with your performance. That is the time when I broke that particular image of doing only a particular kind of role by doing a crazy negative character in my last series 'Bajao'.”

After impressing the audience in the series, fans are eager to see Addinath back on screen. Assuring fans he says, “My next project is very exciting. It is going to be big and the announcement is coming soon, so do wait for it.”

Well now we are even more excited to see Addinath Kothare proving his versatility once again in his next project!
