It might be a miscarriage or a complication & maybe Vidya is forcing him to prioritise the baby at the cost of Ruhi’s life and hence why maybe Armaan intervened and is telling him that Abhira comes first, even above baby.

but I wonder why they are showing it like this If they want to get rid of Ruhis baby..they could have just made her meet an accident. It’s probably because Armaan and abhira will convince rohit to,choose Ruhi,..so after the termination happens…Ruhi will blame abhira and hate her more 🙄

Honestly speaking, I dont think this baby will survive one way or another. I just hope they dont make this another plot device to torture and abuse Abhira.
