Like this is their longest running show and if anything IT IS DISRESPECTFUL to the actors, the staff, and even the fans who are still trying to keep this show afloat despite the obvious lack of budget and promotions. It saddens me when they supposedly have a wedding track going on and it is the loyal fans who are making edits , trending tags etc that Twitter is even taking notice. The only person on the team who is enthusiastic about promoting sincerely is their male lead. Like it is so embarrassing that the only post DKP shared on their insta regarding the wedding was repost Rohit's own Instagram picture.

If Shahi and DKP have burnt out and are honest about it, they should give a decent closure to the show and the actors. The fans of this gen are mature enough to understand and move on.

Personally I'd rather watch episodes come on time with good Abhimaan moments than have promos. Promo shoots take time and its really not adding much more value than the precaps we already get.

I also do not understand why there is constant comparison of people's "promoting" abilities. Some people are active, others arent. Some people like it, others dont. Samridhii does enough on SM to show that she's heavily invested in this project and her only job really is to act well and she does that. She's a good costar to every single actor and that much is seen in all her SM, offscreen interactions with every member of the cast.

You are correct. It isn't Samriddhi's job to promote this show and neither should it be Rohit's. They are getting paid to act and they are doing that decently. It is more of a shade towards the channel and production house on expecting them to do their job. Contrary to what one might think, promotions are necessary from the channel especially when the lead couple's wedding track is going on. At least some interest in doing that might boost the morale of the actors and staff putting in those extra hours and may also get the fans to look forward to something exciting.

Totally understand your frustration but my friend for dkp this is all about money….. they don’t care what fans want, how much effort is being made from audience….. rishta is their cash cow they ain’t letting it go….. on top of that they got lucky with leads especially RoPu who cares for his fans and now even sam has started reposting stuff so dkp is doing minimal to keep cashing as much as they can

If we get a good promo, great! But its a legacy show with good TRP and loyal fan base unlike newer shows which need all the promotion they can get. If promo is just a gimmick but the episodes are late and we go down a crass plot in the end, it'll all amount to nothing. actors are already shooting nonstop for show, SPA, other channel related stuff and in their off time maybe other paid promotions. so if this promo is only gonna increase their workload but come at the cost of episodes being late, I'd rather have episodes on time. precap already builds anticipation on upcoming.

I do wish though that the show editors and makers would pay as much attention to detail and edit as well as people online and on SM. We catch the minutest inconsistencies which they should do as the professionals. The editing of the SM folks is often as good or better than the people on the show. and thats ridiculous and disappointing. if a person on insta or X is doing a better job of editing things when its just a hobby and making better montages than makers - thats a problem. the makers put together any random things together sometimes for their FB montages etc. like recently MG had a FB of Abhimanyu-Akshara shaadi looking at Abhira and thats just cringe when they know Abhira is Abhinavs daughter. They dont even stick to one spellling of the FL. One day its Abhira, next day its Abheera. Dialogues mein so many inconsistentcies. Armaan says- kal 8pm mandap par wait karunga, comes home and says aaj shaam ko shaadi hai. these things may seem minor but to me as a viewer it takes away from viewing experience when such things happen. so they need to do a better job of these things. apparently these get missed because its too tight a sched with 7 days telecast and sometimes its different teams working. they have a direction team instead of only 1 director etc. but those are excuses at the end of the day. its these little things that matter. they are no amateurs. they make tons of money and this is their frickin job. they should have people to check continuity or these minor things too.

Hopefully they dont prolong this crapfest. I do want Ruhi to let slip all her kaands but hopefully they will wrap it up in one episode.
