Editing my comment as DT said we can talk about it.

The incident happened years ago and none such incident allow you to mis handle a doctor on duty or to create ruckus in front of someone's house.

Thankfully Akshara's reason wasn't the one you mentioned. Maybe coz she is aware that mis calculation happened due to machines and the situation they were in 7 years ago.

And even after ICU incident she let the same hospital operate her son and hugged the same dr as well so none of the things you mentioned is valid as per the characters pov

AK will plan as she remembers only toofani raat and her pati will manage to save patni and beta from any musibat

Yes speaking from experience. Still think of my first miscarriage even though have a healthy one year old now. Always think how it would have been if he or she would have made it to the world. That's y am not able to relate to Akshara at all. Miscarriage is not how they depict here only to taunt Abhimanyu. There is more to it. Wish they show it. Might make akshara relatable. Can't believe this show has women writers.
