Chloe Tryon: (How they have recovered from Saturday) Plenty of rest, we knew what we were up against. Heat is a big factor but we managed it really well (against WI). (On adapting to the conditions) We had a couple of nights of training, it has been cooler. Outfield is a little slow. As a team, just making sure we assess as quickly as we can and then taking it from there. (On playing England) We have played a lot against them and (I) played with them at Southern Brave. They are world-class players and match-winners. We always have close games against them. (On their spin attack and their plans) Mlaba proved in the last game, she fired at the right stage. Keeping the stumps in play, and keeping it nice and simple.

It's time for the national anthems as the players and the match officials walk out to the middle - South Africa's first and then followed by that of England

Tonight's game at Sharjah could be a massive game in the context of this group. England and South Africa are heavy favourites to progress from this group - both started on a good note by defeating their opponents convincingly under different conditions. England started their campaign at this venue and their playing XI featured 4 spinners as they beat Bangladesh by 21 runs. On the other hand, South Africa crushed West Indies by 10 wickets in their opening encounter in Dubai. The pitch at Sharjah has been very slow and low, the outfield is sluggish and runs do come at a premium here. The winner of tonight's game will go a long way in confirming a place in the semi-finals. Lot to play for as we await the toss and team sheets..

South Africa Women have won the toss and have opted to bat.

Nat Sciver-Brunt to Wolvaardt, FOUR, smashed, back of a length and at the stumps, pace on offer and Wolvaardt's spotted it early, stays on the front-foot and then hammers the pull wide of mid-wicket for a boundary, that was sweetly struck

RSAW-- 28/0 after 4 overs.

Ecclestone to Kapp, out Bowled!! England keep chippping away, this is another huge wicket in the context of this innings - Ecclestone sensed that Kapp was giving the charge, so she held the length back and kept it straight, Kapp was committed into the swipe, played all around the straight ball and has her stumps pegged back. Kapp b Ecclestone 26(17) [4s-3]Enjg

Ecclestone to Kapp, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!
