Aish's mum is a cancer survivor, that's one of the reasons and age related too

The little bit attention Shrima gets, is because Aishwarya is her sister in-law. Otherwise no one would care.

In my opinion it's absolutely okay to be more invested into her mother's life than into that of her brother (and his family). She is definitely more frail then them.

Aish had to live with her parents-in-law as it is usual in conservative minds, but I also think that they should have left when Amithab and Jaya gave shelter to her daughter and other grand-kids on the same premises.

The couple Amithab-Jaya was already messed up when Aishwarya chose to marry Abhishek (a gentleman and sensitive guy and also decent actor but - obviously - crushed by a longlasting dominating and dominant father and a constantly emotionally suffering mother)... another kind of Aish probably could have built a sane carreer working with her husband following Umrao Jaan, Dhoom 2 and Guru. I think some part of Aish didn't get involved in the marriage and left it completely after Raavan already because before, there had been the shooting of Raavanan with Vikram (so, double the dose of Vikram) and Raavan ending as a flop (allegedly because of Abhishek's performance).

If Aish had watched Bunty aur Bubli and the following Kajra Re performances during IIFA and the Unforgettable concerts (on video), she may have thought thrice to marry into this household. But okay, maybe she saw it at the best chance she would get being 33 at the time of marriage...and I also think that Abhishek was/is easy to love...ah yes...and getting 'courted' by t h e Amithab Bachchan...

True

Too much shaming going on for actors/ their kids on this forum.

People forget that they have life outside of BW career

I have high respect for Aishwarya for taking care of her ailing mother and same for Alia how she stick through thin/thick during Rishi Kapoor health issues throughout.

i always wonder, is Abhishek so very gentlemanly as he pretends to be on cam.? so many instances where he has been rude with Aish n also with the media.

if it was just Aish Vs the In Laws, they cud live separately. even with the huge media presence, AB jr chose to tag along with his parentssmiley7

Tell me about o n e person who never loses the temper ... yes, Abhishek can be rude, too, and certainly with a reason...so, it's good to know the reasons...otherwise, he indeed is a gentleman (btw even SRK has a temper and can be rude...and he definitely is a gentleman).

I won't even say that it is a 'versus'...all those relations in this extended family are messed-up, I'm sure about that. Even the kids got implicated.
