So rain is predicted for the Ind vs Eng SF.

I know that they have extended the buffer window to about 4+ hrs, but why even put that limitation, especially considering there is no reserve day?

Based on the radar, it appears rain showers are expected between 9AM - 4PM and then it clears up.

Might as well play a day-and-night match starting at 5 pm or 6 pm.  Atleast we will get a full match.
