Anti deflection law come into plat until 2/3rd of elected MPs(25 minimum) don't decide to move... and then they will lose their MP position and then reelection happens in these constituencies.
But here is the catch. Constitution gives the first right for deciding qualification/disqualification of members to the Speaker. If he says the switch was fine then the MPs continue to hold position until SC doesn't adjudicate against them(which needs someone to approach SC and then judges coming in that is months) till then the MP/MLA continues to hold the position...
That's why I am saying since yesterday right now after PM, the post of Speaker is most important for BJP. They won't let it go easily
