Kusum ji I totally agree with you, but I believe this is another test for Modi ji as to how he's going to disprove his naysayers and rise high from here on like a phoenix out of ashes.

TBH every cloud has a silver lining the silver lining this time is AP which got neglected since bifurcation finally got a chance to be on the center stage and hoping for CBN to leverage this and bring some meaningful development. We don't want freebies, it's saddening to see a state with so many possibilities to be neglected and dwindling into darkness by a the earlier factionist government(a fraction of Congress)

I don't think it's just the caste arithmetic this has a deeper resonance with the farmer issues, rural distress etc.

Hey bro, how are you??

Did you read the part 1 of the thread?? People did try to gaslight but then members here proved that they wanted Modiji not because of Andhbhakti, they here analysed why BJP lost some states.

I guess, we are less aware about local politics of kashmir that's why there is so less discussion about it but from what I have read is that a terrorist has won from there, guess what there is nothing to discuss about him, They got this golden chance and ended up choosing the wrong side just like UP

More than to tell Modiji something people have voted for casteism and freebies, once again people told development matters less than reservation and caste politics, many of you are happy that BJP doesn't get majority but I am not, India has once again entered into the reign of instability, puppet govt, more of appeasement and development, what we need is a strong govt, India should have been the top priority rather than states and Some number of deposit in your account.

Democracy did not win, when you are voting for terrorist and separatist then you are voting for division and not for development, country and Democracy, you all may disagree with me knowing the fact that I support Modiji above everyone but what India needs is a strong opposition for a flourishing Democracy and not a coalition govt which will increase govt and decrease governance, everybody would want a share in power, no decision will be taken for the betterment of country but they would be for the betterment of all the parties.

Both NK and C. Naidu wants special status for their state, they want most of the ministry for the development of their states, what about other states' development? A govt at the centre should think about all round development and not of the development of few states the question is will the allied parties be ready to keep their aspirations toward states at backseat and would be able to think about the country is the bigger question, they have to keep their votebank and people satisfied, I am really worried about this I don't think they will keep national interest above their own.

And about the opposition they don't criticise the govt policies all they do is to criticise govt, they need to understand that people don't want to listen abusive words about the PM, they want them to show why PM is bad, why we should choose them but all they have given the point is why we should not vote for Modi, they have no map of how they will generate jobs, did they give the source from where they will give the promised amount to people?? They want to increase the limit on quota provided by govt, did they think about those who doesn't have one?? How much more general people are going to suffer because no one is ready to loose their freebies. And even if they aren't going to do it, are they sure they can provide the strong opposition to govt and it’s policies.

Democracy should not be about coalition govt, to share power just for regional gains, it's a game of check and balances and they will come from a strong opposition, healthy debates, asking questions and not by delaying decisions, increasing time for implementing policies, coalition always weakens the Democracy cause no one is ready to take the blame of the failures, coalition shifts the accountability, it doesn't share it, I will always choose a strong govt and opposition and not weak govt full of compromised just for power

Indira was admired wrongly, she's a curse to the nation and failed the country on so many levels. Operation blue star in a place of worship to kill a demon she raised initially because she failed to reign him. Ajit dhobal thinks they should've gassed him instead, then there's her ghulaami to KGB in return for eliminating Sastry ji. Abrupt emergency declaration, the meaningless Siachen declaration, nationalising Maruti only because her son failed to run it, her shrewdness in toppling other coalition governments can only be called killing the democracy. Rajeev is a totally spineless PM who couldn't do anything beyond appeasement despite having a very clear mandate.

Finally the first family of Congress are only chosen by the British for their low IQ, willingness to compromise values and have been chosen as the brutes to run the country as the proxies of west. Congress successfully does that every time without fail. I bet somewhere in the British archives there might have been a mention about how these stupids can be an invaluable asset to their interests in their erstwhile colony. Because jisne ghulaami Kiya unhone bhool Gaye lekin Raaj karnewala abhi bhi yahi sochtha hai aur chahtha hai unke ghulaami ki ghulaami barkraar rahe.

Well Indira Gandhi is still one of the most admired leaders as well as the most hated leaders.

Rajiv Gandhi was there for too short a time his inexperience made things worse because it made him dependent on others plus he wasn't cut out for politics.

Poverty is a big issue always in any country including the developed nations.

At the time of independence socialist model of economics with democracy was the need of the hour. India needed to create jobs and livelihood. Was private sector at the time strong enough to meet the needs of India then?

Indira Gandhi's licence raaj and closed markets are the things that made Ambanis and the likes of them grow.

During 90s They started disinvestment in public sector and opened markets Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh were the architects of that and BJP is following that

Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh were the ones who started the balancing act of welfare economics and developmental economics.

One cannot call Sonia Manmohan era as a failure because after 2004 people gave them second chance in 2009 based on Manmohan Singh's performance. It is the corruption of coalition partners that did them in 2014 and not their performance.

BJP has not done enything new other than follow the path opened by Manmohan Singh. Nirmala Seetaraman may be a decent lady but as a finance minister she is a big flop. The only way she could raise money was taxing the middle class people.

This time people had to choose between Modi's economic policies which will make Adani Ambani richer and the rest poorer Vs Rahul Gandhi's overt socialist policies - The result is a split verdict.

BJP can claim victory for all they want but they lost one third of the seats they held and Congress can claim victory because they increased their seat strength by 100% ie doubled their strength in parliament.

The vote is against dictatorial ways of Modi/ BJP and for consultative politics.

They gave one more chance to Modi he either learn to respect he state governments and regional parties or continue with his bulldozing ways and be kicked out altogether.

As fas as Nitesh is considered shah is not stupid to count on him in long term , Nitesh keeps jumping sides , it’s in his DNA . Despite power he holds it’s unfortunate he has done so little for Bihar , and yet he keeps wining.

They have reached 294 as of now, will reach 300 by the oath in ceremony.

YSR can join with 4, BJD although lost to BJP in Odhisha, yet negotiations can be made for their one MP.

Amit Shah wants to not lose power as of now so Nitish is in here, his swinging back is definitely being accounted for,

There's 2 points, to understand, states including combined AP, TN, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Gujarat developed well even during British rule is due to ports and sea routes, WB and Orissa are the only anamolies to this rule. WB is a classic template for how a state shouldn't be run because they had highly educated people, arts & culture scene, good transportation facilities even during the British era, but first it's the communists, now Mumtaz Didi autocratic one party rule damaged the state and robbed it's people of all the good possibilities.Orissa was left behind perhaps because education wasn't as good and I definitely think it's changed and Orissa will shine now. But coming to Bihar or UP they haven't developed well since they're kind of interior and these two states have experienced maximum destruction from Muslim rule and were never bothered to be developed neither by the British nor by the ruling governments after independence. IMO Yogi began improving UP but this election result shows all isn't well and wonder what's next.

Army bharti is very delicate thing

If you've seen panchayat series there's one dialogue there ki 20-25000 ki salary mei jaan dene waale aapki gaon mein hi milenge and its true

Jo padh likhke army exams crack karke jaate hai wo officer posts ki running ke liye jaate hai meanwhile jo sipahi hote hai who takes the first hit wo yahi gaon khede ke hote hai jinka comfort ek hi hota hai sarkari Naukri hai to job security hai first, family ko humare marne ke baad correct compensation milega second

Agniveer basically 2no pe pani fer raha hai, if you think from their pov, they're preparing for agniveer exams and after 4 years though govt is giving them certificate which will play major role in employment, private sector itni aasani se nahi de rahe employment

Agar employment condition better hoti to shayad scheme work kar bhi jaati, they need to do some reforms there
