The covers are off. The onfield umpires having a look. Doesn't seem to be too damp. We should start soon. The England players look a lot relaxed. Not in a hurry to come down. The Scotland batters have their gears on as the sticks have been erected. We will restart at 12:20 Local time if there is no more rain.
