It was not completely Anjali's fault. If Giriraj's own family members can be emotionally manipulated, Anjali falling into his trap was not quite unexpected.
Giriraj for quite some time, has been acting nice and not involved in something wrong. That made everyone fall for his act or at least not suspect him directly.
Besides, the words from Rajiv were definitely wrong, especially the way he ridiculed her. She was not wrong in thinking about doing something for herself.
The only issue here was, Anjali did not know the process and procedures of the recruitment/scheme. And unfortunately no one sat her down and explain to her that and instead all blamed her at once, which she took it on her ego.
Kavya understood her mistake quickly and tried to speak to/explain her the same, but Anjali was not ready to listen by then. Everything looked quite close to reality.
