Roshni Act was an act enacted by past Kashmir CMs, from the Abdullahs to Mehbooba Mufti (who was in an alliance w/ the BJP) to do a demographic transformation of Hindu majority Jammu into a muslim majority. Since there are too many Hindus in Jammu, the way to do it was to surreptitiously allow Kashmiri muslims to encroach on government lands, such as river banks & forests, and also not take any action against them. That is something that Adv Ankur Sharma, shown above, legally fought in the High Court and got repealed

Since then, in 2018, he started a party called Ikkjutt Jammu, which was a Jammu sub-regional party dedicated to separating Jammu from Kashmir & protecting its religious and other identities. They've been campaigning in Jammu against the Roshni Act, settlement of Rohingyas in Jammu (which would also achieve the goals of the Roshni Act) and so on

However, since it's clear that the BJP doesn't give a you-know-what about Jammu, Ankur Sharma decided to take his party national. Almost exactly a year ago, he joined forces w/ journalist Sandeep Deo & some others, & launched a party at Haridwar called Ekam Sanatan Bharat. Sandeep Deo had been doing (and still does) regular features on his enterprise "India speaks daily" on how the BJP has been betraying Hindus. The party Ikkjutt Jammu is now the Jammu branch of Ekam Sanatan Bharat dal. Ankur Sharma is its president, Sandeep Deo its General Secretary, and the party has branches in almost all states. It's dedicated to making India a Sanatani state - something people thought the BJP was dedicated to, except that its constitution explicitly states that it's a Gandhian Socialist party

The party has a website https://Ekam4Sanatan.org and has 7 ideals, which one can find at the website. I think I listed it in either the RJB or the Gyanvapi thread, don't remember which

I'll address Art 370 separately. I had actually mentioned it weeks back, but I'm happy to do it again

Repeal of Article 370 and 35A was good at first glance. Article 370 gave J&K the right to have a separate constitution, while 35A banned Indian from outside the state from buying land in J&K. At first glance, all looks hunky dory

However, since then, there have been 2 new requirements in J&K regarding owning property in the state:

➤ Agriculturist certificate, demonstrating that one would use that land for that purpose

➤ Domicile certificate in the state, which one can only get after living in the state for 15 years. By contrast, if a foreigner legally lives in India for 11 years, s/he can apply for citizenship

The second condition is a poison pill that effectively achieves the same purpose as 35A. Who in their right mind would want to settle in a state where they have to pay rent for 15 years, when they can take the same assets and buy a piece of property in, say, HP or Uttarkhand or Sikkim or Arunachal (I'm assuming here that such a person would wanna settle in the Himalayas, for whatever reason). So Indians still can't practically buy land in J&K or settle there

Okay, so J&K can't have its own constitution, which is good. But demographically, it's still heavily muslim, and w/ that comes encroachments of Hindus, both in Anantnag as well as in Jammu

as for improvement it takes time after 70 yrs of nonsense by INC and even now so by likes of Mamta. Kejri, Stalin etc… Patience needed bhai ….problem isn’t secularism. It’s false secularism and false woke propoganda, if u see CAA thread posted a few videos of false woke.

No, it's not. "Should be" is not the same as "is"

After 10 years, it should be obvious that the BJP/RSS are not Hindu interest parties! Read the BJP constitution: it openly says that it's a Gandhian Socialist party. In other words, no different from the Congress family of parties i.e. INC, TMC, AAP, SP, JD, et al
