Why are all these needed in pilgrim towns? Why can't they be left alone as that, & these institutes built elsewhere in the same state? Not referring to Jammu here, but to places like Kanchipuram, Tirupati, etc

IMO it's apt that these institutes r coming up here..these r ancient sites of learning.

Kashi in the North is called the seat of learning.

Kanchipuram in the south was called Ghatikasthanam which also means place of learning. So they were hubs of education
