Like seriously, iss ko redemption bolty hain. Last episode ky last 10 mins main aisy character ko redeem kardiya. Wow what an amazing writing.

NJ lost its grip on her sons, and they left the house. That was the revenge of NB, as this was her father's last wish, but she wasn't like her father, so she forgave NJ once she realized that she was wrong. The sons of NJ were not evil; they were Mama Boys.

We got to see 25+ episodes on How cruel NJ is,we do deserve atleast 3-4 episodes on her redemption. She was a grey character but still her redemption arc would have been better like hunaid's one. She should have started changing when murad left the house but she was too egostic even till last episode. The message they gave that forgiveness is best is good but the way they gave was too abrupt.

If she had started changing after Murad left, then Safeer & Hunaid wouldn't have left the house; she realized that she was wrong when even Hunaid (the most obedient son) left her. Sometimes you realize your mistakes only when you lose everything.

100% agree. Similar to toxic ML that terrorize women and then we get 5 mins of them in the last episode shedding alligator tears in literally every PTV drama with toxic stories. The treatments of the character is just like toxic ptv ML. Puts down the females in her household, controls everything, is brutal to everyone.

We see her being sorry for what she did, Same with Hunaid, now that he loves his daughter, his past activity with pushing Safina and killing her child in womb is forgiven.

Having said that - I appreciate that NB decides not to become like NJ realizing how it will poison another future generation and the children will be caught in the same bitter revenge cycle like she and Murad were in. But what I disagree with is her taking a cake to NJ. why forgive her for all that she did so soon. There should have been some groveling before she is forgiven

Exactly. That's what I said. Every episode was so good but last episode was a total disappointment

Ye white washing of negative characters in the last 10 mins of the show is just ridiculous. If the negative has to turn positive, there has to be an arc of change in the character. Reviews itne badhiya aa rahe they show ke so I thought I should watch it once it ends but last episode ke itne bakwaas reviews aaye hain ke mann hi nahi kar raha dekhne ka.smiley37

Itna bhi bura nahi hai Mrina. Tum dekh sakti ho. Over-all the show is good, and I felt the end execution was way better than Mere Humsafar. Noor Jahan's white washing was still bearable than Shah Jahan's white washing. Shah Jahan was outright cruel, no denying the fact, and her apologies because her son was leaving felt inadequate.

On the other hand, Noor Jahan actually spent a period of some months alone, realising her mistakes, apologizing to all her children in person and saving Noor Bano becoming another Noor Jahan was kinda an okay ending I believe. I will want to give the writer the leverage that she still did a decent job. At least I'm not angry that why the hell did she get a redemption. In real also, we forgive people who redeem from their mistakes, who apologise, realise what wrong they did . Jab real mein maaf kar sakte hain toh show mein kyu nahi?

Real life mein bhi koi aisa mile to nahi maaf karte yaar. It’s take a long time and lot of groveling from them to earn someone’s forgiveness.
