A game of Life, Death and Love ~ An Ariya ff

Hello people, I am a new member here who got so much motivated while reading the FFs here that I decided to write one of my own. Hope you guys will like it. This is an Ariya story based on the show Har Yug Mein Aayega Ek Arjun. Though this FF is based on the storyline of the original show I have made my own changes. The characters of this story doesn't belongs to me except the ones beside which I have marked (OC) as those are my own characters and my own imagination. I don't appreciate plagiarism, it's an punishable offence. Well also I have read many FFs on Ariya so if you think my story is same as someone else do inform me. This is a work of pure fiction and I do not intend to hurt anyone's feelings or beliefs. This story would also contain some mature content but I would tell you beforehand so that you can skip if you want. 

Character Sketch:

 ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte : ETF second in command. A rebellious person with a sharp mind and a kind heart but doesn't show his emotions to anyone. A strict, daring, bold and responsible cop with a no-nonsense attitude having inhuman capabilities to solve cases. A person with the best listening and observing skills who thinks from different perspectives before coming to any conclusion. No clue can escape his eyes. Five years back he lost his wife, his love. And since that moment his only aim was to kill SIKANDAR, his wife's murderer. 

Roshini Arjun Rawte : Deceased wife of ACP Arjun Rawte. Loved Arjun with everything she had. Childhood friend and a sister figure for Sameer. She was a teacher by profession. A very loving, caring and innocent soul.

ACP Sameer Damsingh Rathore : ETF chief. A royal by birth and a saviour by heart. He is Arjun's and Roshini's (Arjun's wife) best friend. He and Arjun had been best friends since their middle school days precisely since they were in class 5th while he and Roshini were friends since they were small kids and he treated Roshini as his sister but after her demise he broke ties with Arjun thinking of him to be the reason Roshini wasn't alive. A strict, loyal and responsible cop who treats ETF as his own family. He belongs to the royal family of Rajputana Mewari estate and is the heir to the throne and its crown prince.

Shreekant Sen : ETF technical expert also called as Shree. A very fun loving, caring and helpful person. He is childhood best friend of Riya and college friend of Liza who calls him Specky Sen teasingly. One of the persons who treat their gadgets as their life. His lappy is his bae. In ETF Aayesha and Sakshi are his friends while he is close to Chotu the most among all.

Chandrakant Patil : ETF Commando also called as Chotu. A soft hearted, jovial person who has a huge crush on his 11:30AM local store girl. Loves to eat and cook. He is best friend of Shree and Riya. Considers Sakshi, Liza and Aayesha as his friends.

Sakshi Anand : ETF Crime Journalist. She joined ETF after 4 months of Riya's death. Doesn't knows anything about Riya as no one ever talked about her in the office. A very bubbly, and chirpy girl who has a huge crush on Arjun and likes him very much due to his intriguing nature. 

Aayesha Kapoor : ETF Ammunition and Encounter Specialist. A very sincere, tough and strong minded cop who has feelings for Sameer. Is merciless for criminals. The underworld knows her as Nadia. Was an undercover officer before but during a raid of ETF her cover was blown and hence she came back.

Dr. Liza D'Cruz : ETF Forensic Expert. Shares a sweet and sour relation with Shree who calls her lizard. Friend of Chotu, Aayesha and Sakshi. A sweet person with a scientific mind who is also good in martial arts. Knows about Riya but doesn't talks about her as she knows that it would hurt shree.

Riya Mukherjee : Ex-ETF Research Specialist and Statistical Analyst. The only person who was able to somewhat handle and calm down the anger of Arjun. Loved Arjun very much. A jovial, bubbly and beautiful girl who excels in martial arts. Consumed X-zora II virus to save Mumbai and was declared dead by the doctors. But there's a catch!

D.I.G. Dustin Coelho : Founder of ETF (Emergency Task Force). Trusts Arjun and Sameer very much. He promised Arjun to provide him a lead in Sikandar's case. Helps the team whenever in need.

DCP Raghu Varma : A father figure and mentor of Arjun. Loves and trusts him as his own son.

Sheetal Shrivastava (OC) : ETF Member and a senior inspector. A bubbly girl who is a relative of a very influential politician. Though at first she didn't qualify as an ETF officer, she has now learned a lot. Loves Sameer and is always ready to be with him though he ignores her. Doesn't likes Aayesha as she thinks her to be the reason Sameer doesn't talks to her. Joined ETF after the death of Riya and before joining of Aayesha. Doesn't knows about Riya.

Sikandar : Roshini's murderer. Arjun's biggest enemy who is also known as Underworld King.

And about the PM thing, guys as I said I am a newbie here... And I am still figuring out how things work here... So I will try my best to do that. But I can't promise anything😂😂

Chapter 1

It was a normal day in ETF, after solving the mysterious case of murder and organ trafficking everyone was buried in paperwork. The two bosses were completely engrossed in their works in their respective cabins. They were all tired and bored. That was when Sakshi stood up to their rescue offering to make coffee for all of them except Arjun for whom she would order his special cutting chai. After few minutes she came back with coffee and gave everyone their cups and then took Arjun's chai in his cabin. Knocking at his door, Sakshi entered inside after hearing a come in and said with a smile;

Sakshi : Arjun, ye lo tumhari cutting chai. 

Arjun nodded his head slightly without looking towards her still engrossed in the file while Sakshi once again tried to gain his attention.

Sakshi : Arjunnn.

Arjun held the pen in his hand tightly out of frustration and then glared at her. He was already busy looking at all those case files, correcting and signing them and this girl was disturbing him in between without a reason. He so hated it when she tried to talk or to flirt with him. Sakshi came out of his cabin with a sigh. She tried so hard to get him to talk to her, to make him reciprocate her feelings. But he never buzzed. She always thought why couldn't he move on from Roshini, afterall not everyone's first love story gets completed. But what she never knew was that this Arjun Rawte wasn't stuck at his first love rather he was living with the memories of his last love. The one he never thought he could love yet he did. The one he never thought would love him yet he knew she did and she did with everything she had in herself. The one he lost his soul to. The one and the only one Riya Mukherjee.

Outside in the cubicle area, shree, aayesha, sakshi, chotu and sheetal were busy doing their work and randomly chatting about stuffs. It was when Sameer came out of his cabin taking long strides and said,

Sameer : Team, in the conference room in two. Ask Rawte and Liza to be present there.

And just like that he entered the conference room without waiting for them to ask anything. Sakshi taking the chance jumped out of her seat rushing towards Arjun's cabin to call him while aayesha dialled Liza asking her to come.

As asked, everyone including Arjun, Sakshi and Liza were seated in the conference room waiting for the chief to initiate the talk for which all of them were called. Getting frustrated at the silence that lingered around Sheetal initiated the talk.

Sheetal : Sir, hum yaha kyu baithe hai chup chap? Koi naya case hai kya?

Sameer : I don't know Sheetal. D.I.G. sir ka call aya tha. He asked us to be present here. Koi important baat karna chahte hai vo sabse.

Listening to sameer everyone went quiet and patiently waited for D.I.G. sir to arrive and tell them whatever important talk he had to do. 

After five minutes, all of them stood up greeting the person who stood in front of them all in his glory. It was D.I.G. Dustin Coelho standing there with a suitcase in his hand. 

Good morning sir. The ETF team wished their senior.

D.I.G. : Good morning team. I hope you guys know we are going to talk about a very important thing or you can say a very important, secret and deadly mission. I want to tell you beforehand, this mission can be a fatal one. You can lose your life. If after knowing this, you still want to be a part of it you are most welcome but if not you can right away leave the room.

The old officer looked around the room to know if they were all ready. He looked at the scared faces of Sakshi, Sheetal and Liza. Confused faces of Shree, Chotu and Aayesha. and the last but not the least, the determined faces of Sameer and Arjun. He knew even before knowing what the case was these two pillars of the team would always be ready to charge at the enemy like the tigers they are. Shree, chotu and aayesha looked towards their seniors and they knew what was their decision. They were ready to lay down their life if it meant happiness for their country and to support their seniors they were always and ever ready. Sakshi, though being apprehensive didn't wanted to back out. maybe because she loved her country too much or because she didn't wanted Arjun to think of her as a coward. Sheetal's case was no different just that for her the reason was Sameer. But all in all they were together and ready. Ready to kill or to get killed.

After getting satisfied that everyone of them were ready for this deadly mission, D.I.G. sat down on his seat taking a deep breathe and started...
